One day, a man asked his neighbour:
- How come you are always so happy? I have never seen you upset or angry!
- It's very simple, answered the man. Every morning when I wake up I first look at the sky. That reminds me of God, mercy and good spirits. Then I look at the ground. That reminds me of death. In the end, I look carefully around me, and watch the world waking up. That reminds me of everyone else, and others who might be suffering or be sick, who have a harder than life than mine and who I might be able to help today. That way - I am happy for who I am and what I have, and for what I can do
