At AllPrettyThings Canada we have a 100% satisfaction policy! Our first priority is that you are happy with your purchase and we will do our best to ensure both your shopping experience and our work of art are excellent.

Please rememeber we only sell unique work of art and as such any two items will be different. Pictures provided with each item are for ilustration purposes, and to give our customers an idea of our high quality products.

Returns will be accepted for a full refund of the purchase price (we do not refund shipping and handling or insurance). You must notify us within two days by email after receipt of your purchase in order to get an RMA.  We do not accept returns without an authorization. We must receive the returned item within one week from your notification email. The item must be shipped insured. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Refunds will be issued after we have determined that the items were in the same condition as they were when we shipped. Returns that do not follow this policy will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
