SHOP POLICIES & PAYMENT OPTIONS
All our orders are processed through PayPal (A Leader in Secure Online Payment Processing), which is our preferred method of payment. Cheques and money orders are also accepted. Please check below regarding cheques payments.
Since PayPal orders are processed automatically we encourage our customers to use this method of payment to ensure they receive the exact item they ordered. Due to the unique nature of our art, items are not identical and therefore, a PayPal order is the only one that ensures a “what you see is what you get” experience. PayPal is safe, secure and FREE.
SHIPPING/HANDLING/INSURANCE:
All purchases are shipped insured. We do not mark up shipping and we strive to provide you with the lowest shipping possible. If you prefer a specific method of shipping or have a preferred carrier please let us know.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Payment is expected within 5 days of your order. Personal checks have a 10-day hold from date of deposit. Returned checks have a $35.00 fee.
RETURN POLICY:
We have a 100% satisfaction policy! Our first priority is that you are happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully.
Returns are accepted for a full refund of the purchase price (we do not refund shipping and handling or insurance). You must notify us within two days by email after receipt of your purchase in order to get an RMA. We do not accept returns without an authorization. We must receive the returned item within one week from your notification email. The item must be shipped insured. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail. Refunds will be issued after we have determined that the items were in the same condition as they were when we shipped. Returns that do not follow this policy will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: Shipping costs out of the North America can be expensive. The preferred method for international orders is PayPal, but will accept international money orders and checks drawn on a Canadian bank. We cannot mark the customs form as a gift; Please verify your customs regulations as you are responsible for all brokerage, customs and other fees charge by your country.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is applicable for orders shipped in Ontario.
OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We take extra precautions to pack our orders carefully to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must notify us immediately. The insurance carrier may want to see the entire order (all contents and all original packing material). Do not repack and do not return the damaged items to us unless you are instructed to do so. This will void the insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund, email us right away.
